You can sign up for a Stock Renewal Alert for all our Out of Stock items. This way, when the selected item is back in stock, you will receive an email.

 

 

HOW ACCURATE ARE THE COLORS ON THE WEBSITE?

 

Each product displayed on the website is photographed with great attention to detail, including the colors of the products. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

 

For all domestic orders, shipping is covered by RAA by Ecem Kumbasar. For international orders, the shipping cost will appear on the Shopping Cart page once you proceed to checkout.

 

Please note that RAA by Ecem Kumbasar is not responsible for any import duties, or clearance fees including any other additional charges for international orders.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we receive your order and payment. You will also receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

 

The items that are in stock will be prepared to ship in 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to your address in 1-5 business days for domestic orders, and 2-10 business days for international orders.

 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

 

Please note that RAA by Ecem Kumbasar is not responsible for any import duties or clearance fees including any other additional charges for international orders.

 

 

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER AFTER THE PAYMENT?

 

You can change the shipping address before your item has been shipped out. For items that have already been shipped, please contact our Customer Service department by email at customerservice@raaistanbul.com as soon as possible.

HOW CAN I SEND SOMEONE A GIFT FROM RAA BY ECEM KUMBASAR?

 

All items are delivered in RAA by Ecem Kumbasar trademarked boxes with gift wraps. If you do not wish the receipt to be enveloped inside the box, please indicate it in the “Comments” area at checkout so we can send the receipt separately to a different address.

 

CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE WHEN GIFTING?

 

By all means. At the checkout, you can write your personalized message in the “Comments” area.

 

RETURNS

 

CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

 

We hope that you will love your ordered item. However if the item doesn’t quite respond to your expectations, you can return your unused and undamaged product within 15 days from the date you received your order.

 

WILL I GET A FULL REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

 

Yes. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the condition of the product. If the returned item is undamaged and unused, you will receive a full refund to your selected payment method. You will also be informed via e-mail at each step of inspection and reimbursement of the cost.

 

Please note that your items must be returned in the original packaging, with all RAA by Ecem Kumbasar signature packaging items, including the Authenticity Card, the dust cover for the bags, and all RAA İstanbul printed products.

 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN MAKING A RETURN?
