Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your RAA Istanbul purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return, please contact us at customercare@raaistanbul.com. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.

All items must be returned with their original packaging and all accompanying RAA Istanbul materials, including:

• Original tags and accessories
• Authenticity Card
• Dust bag
• Original box and packaging materials
• All RAA Istanbul printed materials included with your order

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use, wear or damage, or that are returned incomplete or without their original packaging and accompanying materials.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a registered and trackable shipping service, as returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by RAA Istanbul.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges associated with international returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the item to ensure that it meets our return conditions.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email once your return has been received and another notification once your refund has been processed.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund, and our team will contact you with further information.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at customercare@raaistanbul.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanged items must meet the same conditions outlined in our Return Conditions above.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you would like to make a change to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@raaistanbul.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
