We aim to make every RAA Istanbul order as seamless as possible, from checkout to delivery. Domestic shipping is complimentary, while international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders within Türkiye.

For international orders, the applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items are prepared for shipment within 2 business days after your order and payment have been confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Türkiye: 1–5 business days
International: 2–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and local customs procedures.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase has been successfully completed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product or shipping price.

These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the relevant local authorities.

What's your return policy?

Your satisfaction is of great importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send a return request to info@raaistanbul.com within 14 days of delivery, and our team will be happy to assist you.
